Mercy Hospital Heroes Campaign Written by Brendan, Alex O Reilly, Mofe and Alexandria We participated in the Mercy Heroes Campaign just before midterm break. It was exciting as we had an opportunity to dress up as people we admire. Some of the younger children dressed as firemen, doctors and gardaĆ, our age group dressed up as historical/modern day figures that improve(d) lives e.g. Albert Einstein, Mother Teresa and Greta Thunberg. We brought in a minimum of €2 each to send directly to the Mercy Hospital- a total of €311.98 was raised. Some children brought in their own pocket money and savings! A sincere thank you for supporting this cause.
