Mexico Has 31 States, and has a capital city called Mexico City, but it wasn’t actually the capital until 2016, the actual capital was a city called Ciudad de Mexico, but its replacement, Mexico City, is now the 8 th wealthiest city in the World. Mexico is located in the Ring Of Fire, a vast area in and around central and South America, consisting of 452 volcanoes, including the world’s smallest, at 43 feet high! It’s still quite a risky place to live, though. Mexico’s border with the USA is the second largest border on Earth, being 2,000 miles long. Mexico’s national animal is the Golden Eagle, which you’ll find on its flag, eating a snake on top of a cactus, which dates back to its Aztec origins, originating from its Mythology.
